Shipping and returns
Shipping costs are at the customer's expense. The cost of transport is calculated automatically, according to the number of bottles and the delivery zone chosen. They are invoiced at the end of the order, in addition to the price of the products ordered.
Mixing and matching is possible, but the total number of bottles must be a multiple of 6. Shipping costs €18 for 6, 12 or 18 bottles.
For 24 bottles or more, shipping is free.
Delivery time varies between 2 and 10 days. Orders are delivered on receipt of payment.
A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you as soon as payment has been validated and the order has been dispatched.
RESERVES
The customer may only express reservations upon delivery of the products in the event of delivery which does not conform quantitatively to the order, or in the event of the package containing the products being badly damaged.
In the event of breakage, loss or missing items, reservations must be made to the delivery person when the package is received, and we must be informed (or at the latest 12 hours after delivery). A copy of these reservations must be sent by e-mail no later than 12 hours after these reservations have been made to the carrier. It is the customer's responsibility to provide the carrier's confirmation of these reservations with this e-mail.
If the above procedure has been followed, and :
- the products are damaged, the seller will refund the customer the price paid or make a new delivery
- the products are not quantitatively in conformity with the order, the seller will reimburse the missing products.
No reservations may be made in relation to the taste, appearance or freshness of the products.
