These general terms and conditions of sale govern the terms and conditions of sale between any user of the www.vin-schneider.com website and the company Domaine d'Amalric Earl, 17 rue du tir 68770 AMMERSCHWIHR.
By placing an order, the user agrees to accept the general terms and conditions of sale of the www.vin-schneider.com website.

2. Guarantees
This shop is managed directly by Domaine d'Amalric EARL, all shipments are made directly from our cellar in Ammerschwihr. All our bottles are 75 cl unless otherwise stated.
In accordance with the provisions of the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, you have the right to access and rectify your personal data by writing to Domaine d'Amalric EARL, 17 rue du tir 68770 AMMERSCHWIHR or by e-mail to info@vin-schneider.com. The personal data collected on the www.vin-schneider.com website is not processed automatically.
3. Prices
Prices are given in euros and include value added tax (French VAT in force and applicable on the day of the order) but exclude delivery costs. Delivery costs are calculated according to the number of bottles ordered and are invoiced at the end of the order in addition to the price of the products ordered.
Domaine d'Amalric Earl reserves the right to change prices at any time, but undertakes to invoice the products ordered at the price in force at the time the order is recorded.
Unless you instruct us otherwise, we reserve the right to replace an out-of-print vintage with another of equivalent quality, with or without a change in price.
4. Payment
Secure credit card payment:
Secure payment by credit card is made via the Crédit Agricole server.
Payment by cheque :
Cheques should be made payable to Domaine d'Amalric EARL.

The order will be sent once payment has been received and verified.
The goods remain the property of Domaine d'Amalric EARL until full payment has been received.
5. Security
The security of online payments when you pay for your order by credit card on the site is guaranteed by the use of the SSL security protocol. This system ensures total confidentiality of personal information transmitted on the site.
6. Delivery
Products purchased on the site are delivered to Metropolitan France only. For deliveries abroad, please contact us.
Shipping costs are at the customer's expense. The cost of transport is calculated automatically, depending on the number of bottles and the delivery zone chosen. They are invoiced at the end of the order in addition to the price of the products ordered.
Bottles are delivered in parcels of 6 or 12 bottles. Mixing is possible, but the total number of bottles must be a multiple of 6. The cost of shipping is €15 for 6, 12 or 18 bottles.
For orders of 24 bottles or more, postage is free.
Delivery within France takes 10 days. Orders are delivered on receipt of payment.
A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you as soon as payment has been validated and the order has been dispatched.
RESERVES
The customer may only express reservations at the time of delivery of the products in the event of delivery that does not comply quantitatively with the order, or in the event that the package containing the products is badly damaged.
In the event of breakage, loss or missing items, reservations must be made to the delivery person when the packages are received and we must be informed (or at the latest 12 hours after delivery). A copy of these reservations must be sent by email no later than 12 hours after these reservations have been made to the carrier. It is the customer's responsibility to provide confirmation from the carrier that these reservations have been made.
If the above procedure has been followed and :
- the products are damaged, the seller will refund the customer the price paid or will make a new delivery
- the products do not comply quantitatively with the order, the seller will refund the missing products.
No reservations may be made regarding the taste, appearance or freshness of the products.
7. Withdrawal period and conditions (distance selling)
In accordance with article L 121-20 of the French Consumer Code, you have a right of withdrawal of 14 clear days to return a product from the day following receipt of the product.
Within this period, you may return the product in its original packaging and in perfect condition (unopened bottles, undamaged items) at your expense, accompanied by your invoice.

The risks incurred by the products when returned to Domaine d'Amalric EARL are assumed by the customer.
We advise you to take out insurance with the carrier. This is particularly necessary in the event of spoliation or loss of the goods by their services.
The seller will reimburse the customer within 14 days of the return of the products.
8. Protection of minors
In accordance with article L. 3342-1 of the French Public Health Code prohibiting the sale of alcohol
to minors under eighteen (18) years of age, the purchaser undertakes, by validating his/her order, to be at least eighteen (18) years of age on the date of the order. Alcohol abuse is dangerous for your health and should be consumed in moderation.
9. Intellectual property rights
All elements of the www.vin-schneider.com website are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of Domaine d'Amalric EARL. No one is authorised to reproduce, exploit, rebroadcast or use for any purpose whatsoever, even partially, any elements of the site, whether software, visual or audio.
10. Invalidity, force majeure, applicable law
Neither the seller nor the customer shall be held liable for any non-performance caused by force majeure.
These terms and conditions are governed exclusively by French law.
