Thanks to its distinctive fruitiness and dry character, Muscat d'Alsace is a real appetiser. In fact, it is served as an aperitif at some of the region's finest restaurants. Muscat is also very popular with asparagus. It also enhances light dishes based on cooked or raw vegetables (steamed dishes, vegetarian dishes).
