Riesling is perfectly suited to seafood, but is also at home with poultry and white meats that are not keen on aggressive tannins. It is also an excellent accompaniment to sauces such as blanquette de veau or coq au Riesling. When it comes to cheese, goats and ewes will delight in this fresh, expressive wine.
